The Tri-Town Alliance is an Advisory Committee membered by the Selectboards of Braintree, Brookfield and Randolph under an Inter-municipal Agreement signed on March 24, 1995.   The Town of Northfield will be joining the Alliance, and will change the committee name to Mountain Alliance.

The purpose of this Inter-municipal Agreement is to advise on budgetary matters as described in the Solid Waste Implementation Plan (known as the “SWIP”).  The SWIP is a document which enacts the requirements of ACT 148.  The Town of Randolph is the lead municipality in this alliance.  

Representatives are Ross Evans (Randolph), Tim Caulfield (Braintree), Corey Haggett (Brookfield) and Nate Freeman (Northfield)
