Randolph Summer Camps

Summer Camps

Randolph Recreation offers a variety of camps throughout the summer grades 1st-7th. Our goal is to provide the children of our community with opportunities to express who they are through exploring new challenges, learning, playing, and building friendships.

CAMP IS FULL. We are working through the waitlist as spots become available. You are still able to register for the waitlist, but it does not guarantee your camper a spot.

Please troubleshoot your account on randolphvt.myrec.com BEFORE registration. If you still have overdue fees from previous activities/programs, they will need to be paid in full before registering for camp. Please make sure your contact info, billing info, child's age, birthdate, and allergies/medications are all up-to-date. If you have questions/concerns, please address them with Paige before registration opens.

Camp Dates:

Week 1 (June 26th-June 30th)

Play, Clay, Paper Mâché

Kids will dabble in sand casts and paper mâché to create one-of-a-kind keepsakes. Multiple mediums of art explored in this epic week of camp!

Week 2 (July 5th-July 7th): SHORT WEEK Resident $95 || Non-Resident $105

Kids a Cookin'

Campers will finally be encouraged to play with their food. We will explore all things food related. Where does it come from, how to make it, where does it end up? Campers will get to dine at different Randolph establishments and create some odd concoctions.  Kool-aid pickles, chocolate covered corn dogs, maple syrup alfredo?? It gets weird.

Week 3 (July 10th-July 14th)

It's a ZOO!

Partnered with Kimball Public Library to bring 802 Reptiles front and center for campers. Take a trip to the Fish Hatchery to investigate fishy behaviour. When in doubt, belay or climb it out at Motio Rec. There's nothing funnier than the human animal -Walt Disney

Week 4 (July 17th-July 21st)

Gross Out Camp

Camp, except it's kinda gross! This week at camp is all about gross motor (physical) skills and getting as dirty as possible. Kids will make slime, climb, crawl, and muck around. Please send your kids in clothes that you don't mind getting messy! pssst (VINS makes a guest appearance).

Week 5 (July 24th- July 28th)

Kids Take on the Neighborhood

Campers get familiar with their surroundings by visiting local shops, restaurants, community garden, and other happening places in the community.

Week 6 (July 31st- Aug 4th)

Day at the Museum

History unlocked! Kids living out their favorite books and movies (without the screen time). Getting a turn at playing the night guard while others emulate Discobolus, Statue of Liberty, or The Little Mermaid. A trip to Montshire Museum is also been...curated.

Olympians in Training

"Citius, Altius, Fortius - Communiter, " that is, Faster, Higher, Stronger - Together. All campers are athletes this week and always. Training ranges from baseball to jiujitsu. Gymnastics to Olympic weight lifting. Swimming to climbing.

Around the World in a Week

Explore 5 different countries in 1 week. Campers will learn about the location, food, language, attire, culture, climate, and traditions of places around the world. Genny from the Art Bus is going to bring the world to Randolph and celebrate in a culminating event at the very end.
