Randolph Town Clerk & Treasurer
The Town Clerk’s Office is the repository for the land and vital records of the town. One of the most important roles and responsibilities of the town clerk is to record, care for and preserve these records for the benefit of the town. By law, these records are available to the public. Copies of these records are available for a fee. The Town Clerk’s Office is also responsible for issuing dog licenses, and civil marriage licenses, as well as maintaining the voter checklist and conducting elections. Other services provided by the Town Clerk’s Office include notary services and DMV vehicle registration renewals.
The Town Treasurer is responsible for the collection of all payments to the town, including water/sewer payments, fees and property tax payments. The Treasurer also manages the town's funds.
Bring Unused Absentee Ballots to the polls with you.

You will be required to fill out an affidavit for the absentee ballot that was mailed to you or handed to you by the Randolph Town Clerk Office
You Must:
- Bring Identification for verification
- Obtain permission of the property owner before placing signs
Must Not’s:
- NO signs shall be place on Town property
- Display political literature inside the building
- Display political buttons inside the building
- Display political materials inside the building
