Emergency Management Director and Coordinator

The Emergency Management Director (EMD) is an essential part of the state’s emergency management effort, and is responsible for the organization, administration, and operation of the local emergency management in the municipality. The Emergency Management Director is under the direct supervision of the Selectboard.  The Emergency Management Coordinator assists the EMD with the coordination of all emergency actions within the community.
