Design Review Advisory Commission & Randolph Center Design Review Panel
The Randolph Land Use Regulations establish two design review overlay districts: one for the Interchange Districts around the I-89/VT Route 66 intersection and one for the National Historic District in Randolph Center. Each of these design review overlay districts has its own 5-member reviewing board. The Design Review Advisory Commission (DRAC) is for the Interchange District and the Randolph Center Design Review Panel (RCDRP) is for the Historic District. Both the DRAC and RCDRP review for all new development in their respective districts and provide recommendations to the Development Review Board which makes decisions on proposed development.
Members of the DRAC serve as alternate members of the RCDRP, and vice versa.
