Winter Overnight Parking in Randolph Village
The Winter Overnight Parking Ban is in effect starting November 1, 2025, until March 31, 2026. Please do not park within the Village/Police District overnight between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am. This will allow the Highway Department to plow the parking areas.
The highway department or police department shall make an attempt to contact the vehicle owner, so snow removal and plowing are not compromised. If the owner cannot be contacted or refuses to move the vehicle the town is authorized to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.
If you need to park overnight in the Village/Police District between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am, please use one of the following Municipal lots:
Town Hall
The corner of Summer Street & School Street
Off of Pleasant Street behind The Herald offices
If you are leaving your car overnight for an extended period of time; for example, if you are taking the train, please contact the Randolph Police Department at 802-728-3737 or email randolphpd@randolphvt.org to let them know. You can find the parking form under the Randolph Police Department's form section on this site. However, vehicles that remain stationary for a period of two weeks hindering snow plowing or snow removal in municipal parking lots will be towed at the owner's expense.
Thank you!
