Department Services and Fees

If a property owner has an issue with his or her water and/or wastewater service, he or she may request a trouble-shooting service call by Department personnel.  However, if it is found that the problem is not the responsibility of the Department (i.e. the indoor plumbing is faulty or the service connection is broken), a fee for the service call will be assessed as indicated on the fee schedule below.

Other fees as shown on the fee schedule may be assessed for such things as requests for meter readings and service shut-off.
