Designated Downtown District
The Agency of Commerce and Community Development manages the state designation programs - Downtowns, Village Centers, New Town Centers, Growth Centers and Neighborhood Development Areas. Randolph's designated downtown district is one of 23 districts throughout Vermont which focuses on community revitalization through the preservation of our historic character and strengthening of traditional centers of commerce and social engagement. The downtown designation program provides incentives such as tax credits for property owners who pursue facade improvements, code improvements and increases the Town of Randolph's competitiveness in many stat grants.
If you are a property owner or business owner in downtown Randolph who want to learn more about whether they have a project that could qualify for tax credits, please reach out to Randolph's designated downtown organization, Randolph Area Community Development Corporation (RACDC) at 802-728-4305.
