Overview: Applicant is seeking DRB final review of proposed storage unit facility 

Board Request: Final review of application. 

  1. A two-lot subdivision, located at 49 South Main St. Parcel: 248029 .000 District: GCR

Applicant: 49 South Main Street Randolph LLC / Brian Murdock 

Overview: The applicant is proposing to make a two-lot subdivision from a lot with a house to a house and vacant land with a planned future outdoor storage unit facility. 

Board Request: Final Review of application. 

  1. An appeal continuation of zoning permit Z25-51 issued for 102 Thayer Brook Road. Originally heard 11/1725. 

Board request: Per VSA 24 § 4464, the DRB must hold a hearing to hear this appeal and make a determination.
