Solid Waste & Junkyard Officer

The Solid Waste & Junkyard Officer is an enforcement officer that is appointed yearly by the Selectboard. This designated official has the authority to administer and enforce the provisions of the Solid Waste & Junkyard Ordinance. This ordinance is adopted under 24 VSA, chapter 59 §§1971, 1974a and 1977 et seq, and chapter 61 §2202a.
